Our brand discovery informed the theme of ‘boutique style living’ in the heart of Ottawa’s vibrant and eclectic Beechwood neighbourhood. Community, Culture and Creativity were our touchpoints to build out the brand.


The overarching narrative is about being in the right place at the right moment; ‘I LIVE in the moments — this is where I want to be.’ This idea of creative and free spirited living fit into the village-like appeal of the Beechwood Avenue district with its host of shops, eateries. parks and bars in a highly walkable village-like environment. 88 Beechwood is a new modern 229 unit residential complex in the heart of Ottawa.

In close collaboration with Minto, we developed a brand strategy, name, brand logo and identity and design application to promotional assets including; sales brochure, digital and OOD advertising, signage, hoarding, wayfinding and webpage.
